Great Park Neighborhoods "Pavillon"
To help Great Park Neighborhoods, a FivePoints Communities development, introduce a new, lifestyle-driven, community in Orange County, Calif., we designed an original home buyer experience. With the community focus in mind, “Life will be different here,” EWI Worldwide outfitted the Pavilion Park Welcome Center with reclaimed, warm materials. We then created a seamless customer journey designed to invite families and facilitate the feeling of welcome.
Designing for a path to purchase included, education about the community and neighborhood, facilitating a match of family lifestyle to the perfect home, and entertaining children while parents were learning. Tactical custom digital engagements stations achieved this end. A tremendous success, the 700 home community sold out in less than two years. It was named "2015 Community of the Year" by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
